John Lewis

John Lewis Chief Executive Officer

Starting at Ernst and Young in external auditing for mining, energy and utilities, John moved to the Fremantle Dockers in 2007, where he continued to expand his knowledge and experience across a wide range of financial processes. In 2012 John joined Nagrom Mineral Processing as company CFO. John's qualifications include a Grad Dip (CPA) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Western Australia.

John first became involved with LINE-X in his role as CFO at Nagrom when it formed part of the protective coatings division and was appointed CEO of LINE-X Australia in May 2014.

Responsible for overseeing the company’s development of a franchise system similar to the model that has brought great success in the US as well as the introduction of the Truck Gear range of 4x4 accessories into the Australian market. John’s focus is firmly on developing and supporting the growing network as LINE-X looks to establish itself in Australia and New Zealand.

Mark McPherson

Mark McPherson Chief Operating Officer

Joining LINE-X Australia in October 2016, Mark brings 35 years of experience working in the franchise sector or owning his own franchise businesses as either Franchisee or Master Franchisee.

During this time Mark has also held senior management positions in Franchise Development and Operational roles at both national and regional levels for some of Australia’s leading and best known franchise businesses.

Mark’s broad range of experience gives him a unique and unprecedented insight and understanding of the franchisor/franchisee relationship.

David Newton Franchise Operations Manager

David joined LINE-X in 2015 as Store Manager for the Company owned Pilot store in Welshpool. His role involved managing the day to day operations of the store in preparation of launching the National Franchise model. In 2017 David moved to the LINE-X Corporate team. David's key roles are to facilitate new franchise store openings, provide franchise and technical support, manage inventory and logistical requirements (domestic and international) for the National Distribution centre, implement marketing strategies and manage social media channels.

With 10 years experience in a number of roles in the hospitality industry, David has proficient communication and customer service skills. This, combined with his keen interest in off-road 4x4 driving and the automotive sector in general, allows him support franchisees with relevant up-to-date knowledge of a LINE-X retail store environment.

Graham Pound Business Development Manager

Graham joined LINE-X in October 2019 after more than 25 years in Upstream Oil and Gas. In a variety of roles including Regional Marketing Manager for PGS, an Oil Exploration Service Contractor, Graham brings to LINE-X an excellent understanding of the resources industry and the challenges facing businesses servicing major resource projects. He had worked out of Perth, Singapore & Kuala Lumpur and his previous roles have taken him to remote parts of Australia.

Graham is keen to share how LINE-X can add value to businesses operating in harsh remote environments.
